Card Design Very Complex

Collage should stick with what they do best. The collage posters I have ordered are quite nice. The cards are not nice. After several attempts to even the borders on the design; I never got what I wanted. Customer service just walks away from the problem.

Cheap fabric | Poor Quality

I ordered a pillow for my father, with my Moms picture on it. It didn’t last more than a few months - completely frayed and tattered, fabric pilling. I contacted customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do for wear and tear! So basically unless the photo is incorrect, the product you choose to purchase is not guaranteed from point of delivery. Ridiculous. There are many other companies to choose from - don’t waste your money here.

D on individual cards, A on Collages

Unhappy with my long-time resource for creating greeting cards from my bird photos; I tried Collage for a few images. Though the site offers many options in designs and colors, their customer service agents are very limited in design assistance. When I ran into problems multiple times in creating a border around an image on the front of the card; customer service was of little help. I doubt I will use this site again to create cards. But I did order a poster collage of several of my bird images and I am pleased with the results. The collage was easy to create and no doubt as their name implies, collages, not cards, are their forte.

Perfect

We ordered a 24x20 picture we took in Alaska on metal.
It turned out so beautiful. I will always use Collage to do all pics from now on!
The price is very good and we received it very fast! This is the place to go for all ur picture needs!

Love this site

I first ordered a puzzle for my 87 yr old mom. Used a picture of her and my sisters little dogs. She absolutely loved it. And for Father's day I had a fleece lap blanket with a picture of just their little chihuahua Suki. My Dad has Alzheimers, parkinsons and multiple myeloma at age 88. Mom said he cried when he opened it. He will be going into care facility soon as his mobility is bad. Now he can take Suki with him. Best place to get one of a kind gifts. Easy to do website. I love this place.

Fabulous Site and Spectacular Products - No I am not a stockholder!

I have used this site many times and have always gotten A-one quality and results. Customer service is the best I've ever seen - helpful beyond belief and professional, polite, understanding and knowledgeable. Word limit prevents me from raving about Collage.com but check them out and view some of their work. I started off lost, but they helped me create many wonderful things for my family and friends. It can be fun once you get into it! Below are my photos I uploaded- they came out perfect on masks, bags, pillows, magnets and especially beautiful blankets and throws.

Worst service, and no guarantees on delivery

Ordered my custom 11x14 collage for my dad who passed away just weeks before May 6th for my wedding June 4th. Package arrived in New Jersey shipping center on May 11th, and has not moved-im on Long Island. I contacted customer service and after 24hrs was told they will remake and reship a new one, with an arrival date far after my wedding. They have no regard for commitment or responsibility and you should not waste your time money dealing with a company that has no sense of urgency for their customers.

How good of quality would a photo from google look?

The photo quality is magnificent absolutely gorgeous I even had an older picture that wasn't really the best quality on my phone and they made it look better than I could have imagined some of my pictures have crazy glares from a yucky not good quality camera phone and I don't like the lighting on the picture but they made it look as best as they could

Absolutely gorgeous I can post a picture if you'd like they are better than I can imagine absolutely phenomenal beautiful words cannot say how happy I am with my pillow absolutely phenomenal like I said gorgeous there's no words to say how beautiful my pillow came out and it's a throw pillow so it's not big but the picture is so beautiful vibrant just absolutely gorgeous so clear and bright awesome quality

I don't know what "puzzle picture" collages are, as I ordered the blanket. The collage on the blanket and the actual pictures look great. The only thing I would advise to anyone buying the blanket is that the material, albeit soft, was more like that of a thin beach towel. I was expecting it to feel more like a blanket, but I did see for more $$ I could get a thicker, plusher one which would have probably been more like a blanket than what I ordered.

Which blanket texture is reccomended?

I would definitely recommend the Sherpa blanket. I have ordered the polar fleece and Sherpa and I can honestly say the Sherpa is amazing. It is so soft and the quality of the images is amazing. HIGHLY recommend Sherpa, every time!

I ordered both the standard and plush. You can't go wrong with either one! They are both very nice. I myself like the standard but i know my daughter will like the plush.

I ordered the plush texture because I was concerned that the regular would be too thin. I must admit that I was worried that the pictures would not be clear on the plush blanket. Fear not! Pictures are crisp and clear and the blanket is soft and cuddly.
